Kitted up

I went to Kathmandu today and got my power adapters and padlocks half price! Note - Kathmandu has 4 sales a year so get all this stuff in the sales! Most stuff in store is half price.

Anyway thats enough of a plug.

I've applied for my passport ($172! I didn't know it would cost that much) so it should get here early next week. Woohoo!

I'm still tossing up whether to go thru Travelex to get an HSBC bank account or to get a kickstart 1st Contact package.

I am also trying to suss out Travel insurance - not sure whether to get an annual mult-trip deal or just get 6 weeks or so of insurance. I want to get that sorted very soon.

Next on the agenda: Dentist, travel doctor (for vaccinations) and to start selling some of my stuff on ebay!
